Stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city during my city break. Location was absolutely ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Public transportation in the area was also very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. the staff was friendly and accomodating.
The decor of the hotel was a bit dated and could use some updating. the breakfast was underwhelming and could have had more variety.

This hotel in the heart of the city is a fantastic deal. The location near the lively Opera area is perfect for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, like when they found antiseptic late at night for a guest's injury. The rooms on the top floor, complete with a balcony, provide a lovely view of the city. Plus, the large bathroom facilities are a welcome luxury.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just right.

Conveniently located and clean. During our stay at Hotel Richmond Opera, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location. The room, though a little dark, was adequate and the double door entrance minimized any noise from the hall. The staff, particularly the young man at reception, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the need for better lighting and window grills for safety, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. It’s just off the great boulevards, right next to the opera, and within walking distance of all the visitor attractions. the staff are affable, and the rooms are comfortable and clean with comfortable beds, a nice coffee machine, and a good selection for breakfast. Plus, the hotel is located just a few minutes away from the Metro station.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom needs some renovation, but it's easy to overlook this minor detail as the hotel provides great value for money.

The Hotel Richmond Opera in Paris was great value, with spacious adjoining rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with restaurants nearby and the Opera House just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Asian restaurants on the road were very good. The room was quiet and had an extra foyer, providing a peaceful environment. Despite a minor issue with the shower hose, the room was clean and the front desk was efficient in resolving any concerns.
Nothing at all.
